About the site...
I guess that depends on what, exactly, you are asking me to define.

Let's start with the basics... the site itself:
This site is a forum for me to share and express my art, music, writing, photography, insights and discoveries. It is a place for me to vent, rant and otherwise make my voice heard. If you explore, you will find a massive backlog of mp3's to download, movies to watch, things to read, pictures to look at, places to go and words to consider. Sometimes it's fun and silly. Sometimes serious. Sometimes (usually) it's a painful blend of both humor and sadness.

The site was designed by myself in Photoshop, DreamWeaver and writing actual code and 99.99% of the content is mine. Most of the coding is mine but important backbone PHP was installed in the image galleries by Chris Komlenic. Serious assistance both in the real world and online came from Sir Mildred Pierce, Ryland and nyomi and I am forever in the debt of these fine folks for helping me make the site what it is.

So who am I?
I go by the name of E_B_A. I was born in 1974 on July 23rd, I live in the Augusta, Georgia area (since 1986) sharing a townhouse with my friend, Sir Mildred Pierce and our cat, Molly. I am currently employed as a Manager for a third party contractor that does tech support for a major ISP. I graduated both high school and college but with less than stellar grades. I was in high school for seven years, mostly due to my failure to take part in anything school-related other than elaborate pranks, drawing and writing. Despite that, I'm quite educated, particularly for where I live. My father has a PhD in Biochemistry/Microbiology and is currently employed at a local hospital. My mother is a former grade-school teacher. I have a younger sister who lives in Jacksonville, Florida with my two nephews.

My religious upbringing was Christian, or to be precise, Nazarene. I consider myself a Christian but I'm not an active of member of any particular denomination or church.

My political beliefs play a hefty role in the site. I grew up as a strict Republican with a strong moral conservative stance. Since that time I have undergone remarkable change. I've become far more open-minded (in some ways) and consider myself a conservative Libertarian. I'm pro-life, pro-gun rights, pro-death penalty and pro-drug legalization. I believe in freedom of speech, personal responsibility and an America where we are free to do almost anything we are able.

I have a strange sense of humor and a powerful distaste for most popular things (call it my rebellious nature). I don't watch much TV (I don't even have cable at my house), I don't listen to the radio and I read all the time. I spend my lunch breaks drawing in a sketchbook, spend my weekends taking pictures and all the time in between working on music, art and this website. Despite all of that, I have many close friends. I do stay very busy.

I'm really not into much internet chat or instant messaging but I am a dedicated member of a few web groups and forums, although they don't control my time or my life.
